This notice supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and explains certain rules that apply to Forkads’ AI-powered features.

1. AI-Powered Features

Forkads may provide tools for generating, editing, transforming, or assisting with images, videos, voices, avatars, ad creatives, synthetic UGC, and other AI-assisted marketing assets.

Outputs may be produced automatically or semi-automatically.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Uniqueness, or Compliance

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, be non-unique, resemble content generated for others, require human review, or be unsuitable for regulated, legal, or sensitive uses.

You must review outputs before any public, commercial, or client-facing use.

3. Rights and Permissions

You may only upload, process, transform, or generate content involving faces, voices, names, likenesses, brand assets, logos, media files, scripts, or reference materials if you have all required permissions, licenses, and legal rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Forkads to impersonate or simulate a real person without authorization, create deceptive deepfakes, commit fraud or misleading commercial practices, infringe privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, create non-consensual sexual content, harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, create unlawful hate, violence, or extremist content, evade legal disclosure requirements, or violate advertising or platform rules.

5. Disclosure Obligations

Where required by law, regulation, industry standards, or platform policies, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that content has been generated, altered, or assisted by AI.

This includes cases involving synthetic spokespersons, AI-generated voiceovers, avatar-based ads, altered likenesses, and simulated UGC.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, publication, distribution, commercial use, ad claims, and compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.

Forkads does not provide legal, regulatory, or advertising compliance advice.

7. Enforcement

Forkads may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, block access, preserve evidence where reasonably necessary, or cooperate with lawful requests or rights holders where appropriate.
